headlights flickering, hotgrips speratic

Iv been noticing inconsistencies in my hot grip temps and also noticed my lights wont switch to high beam. Yesterday i did a night ride back to the truck and also found my headlights flickering off and on, this all occurred at all speeds, i also had rpm issues, only hitting 7700 or so, stab the throttle and it would go over 8000, but on the same road, same snow earlier that day was a steady 8200 rpms, im not sure if all of this is linked together or seperate issues.

My sled died a few times today....water in gauge plug. Blew it out and rode. Wehen I got home took the compressor to it and gooed it with dielectric. Used to be a common problem but haven't had that since 2012.

My headlight wiring came off the switch. Only dims would work. Maybe yours is loose and making partial contact.

Found the problem, wires were off the switch.
With the wires off, can it cause rpm issues, lack of them?
