headlight wiring question....

So, my stock head lights have a high, low and ground wire....i got some aftermarket ones that only have a ground wire and a "power" wire....can i just put the high beam headlight wire form my old one into the power wire for the new one and like tape off the low beam wire so when i put them on high they come on and when on low they are off?

ya that will work, run on either the high or the low wire.
