headlight delete on 2010 m8 ?'s

I have a 2010 m8 le and am putting a headlight delete on it, and i was just questioning myself if i need to run a resister or not. Any info would be greatly appreciated

x2 you will not need a resistor from 2007-newer models

Someone on here said that the 07 did not need one but the 09-10 did . I don't know for sure you might ask your dealer . Unless someone on here knows for sure I would like to know also thanks .
