HCR ski twisted

Somehow a ski on my 09 HCR twisted. It's like someone grabbed the loop on the right ski and yanked it inward, and never went back into shape. I took the ski off and it looks like the keel struck something but can't be certain if that was the cause. Even the carbide runner was slightly twisted as well. Is that ski all plastic or is there an alloy center in the keel perhaps?

My ski alignment is slightly out of wack now, so I got to try and adjust to compensate for the twist.

I've found the best way to get a ski to go back to its original shape is put it in a bathtub with the water as hot as you can get it and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and they usually pop back into shape. Remember to take off the carbide first and bend that back into shape separately. Hope this helps.
