Just thought I would post up my latest build and see what your guys/gals thoughts were on it, hopefully I've put it in the right place...
Its been a long build and alot of patience along with alot of help from select ppl and all the help has been greatly appreciated.. can't wait to get it on the snow this wknd...
Here is just a small list of the stuff thats been changed or replaced....

09 HCR chassis w/2012 800 HO
Stage 3 SLP engine kit
full SLP exhaust
38.5" Z-Broz a-arms and Raptor shocks
153 K-mod w/Raptor shocks
2.6" Powerclaw
162 tunnel ext
Lightweight brake
BDX lite, trackshaft and BDX steering post
Lightweight hood
Skinz seat
White Powder Pro's
Clear Trail Tank
2 Cool side panel vents

and of course alot of polish, fresh powder coat and many other little things I have forgotten about along the way....

Nice, So tell me about the tunnel extension. Why did you do that and not extend the skid and track?
 
I cant speak personally for why he did the 162 tunnel ext but that is how the 2011 HCRs are. They are 153 track and skid but its definitely a 162 extension on the back (just says 153) You can tell by comparing the 10 HCR and the 11 HCR. Keeps from ripping them damn hose clamps off all the time.

I put the larger Xfire cooler under it and decided I liked the look of the longer tunnel. Idk I guess, I just never really cared for the 162 length, can get myself into more than enough trouble with the 153 and in the trees, I like it alot better.

I got the tank from Trail Tank, been running it 3 seasons now and as long as you drain the fuel after the last ride they usually stay fairly white

Cool, makes sense, I forgot the HCR didnt have the cooler.
 
Had thought about a turbo, decided to go with the HO figured if I wanted I could always add one later...
The larger cooler was also done because it seemed to want to run warm down the trail at times. Thought I'd give it a try, we actually did a few of them like this this yr and heaved had great success with it

We are on our way to Togwotee right now, gonna give it a thrashing this wknd and see how the "old"girl likes it
