Has anyone upgraded to the '18 head on your 800 Assault?

I destroyed my head an cylinder on my '17 Assault so I decided to upgrade to the '18 head for better cooling. I just got the final parts (head cover, thermostat, gasket, thermostat housing unit). I see that the thermostat housing unit now only has a place for one hose and not two like the hold unit. I haven't looked at the sled yet but can someone tell me what to do with the other hose?

Are you sure you have the right thermostat housing? I've got a 2018 assault 800.
