Has anyone Tried the Timbersled All Terrain Wheel Kit?

Those are pretty pricey, but boy they're a great idea! A nice big set of wheels & a solid attachment point would be great for moving sleds around on gravel, or for getting to the snow early or late season.

$600 though? Typical Timbersled pricing.

Does anyone else make a similar product for a reasonable price?

Sure Grip steerable dollies are like $90 bucks a set and come with a track dolley

As much as I'd love to say they're better than the t-sled ones, there's no comparison, I can't see driving up a gravel road on them, much less driving them through a bit of slush/crud snow.

The t-sled ones are obnoxiously expensive, but they're head & shoulders above the others that I can see.

Ya no argument there, the Timbersled ones are without a doubt better, but its just hard to justify spending $600 on a set of wheels that you will use about 4 1/2 times. I just got a set of the sure grip dollies, and so far they dont work as good as they were claimed to, but i guess they are better than nothing.

Our Weather in the Upper Peninsula has been depressingly mild this November, all I can do is hope that the pattern changes! Yes right now we need these fancy wheels in Michigan

When I went riding in Squamish, BC a few years ago I could definitly have used these. I was not used to true mountain riding, but we drove a truck with a sled bed, to the snow line and then dropped off. We rode in some junk for awhile before getting the good stuff. It would have been nice to have these wheels! Then what do you do when you need to take them off? Throw them in your backpack and start riding in the pow pow :)

I still think they are really cool, but can not stomach the dinero for these bad boys. I do want to see pics and video when someone buys these bad boys!
