I do alot of ebay business and ship alot of stuff to canada. The USPS is the way to go with a package that small. On the customs papers just say that it is snowmobile parts. They will also ask you if any of those parts have ever contained gas, I have never had them ask if it has ever contained NOS. I also do all my shipping online. then it fills out all the customs papers for you and you just print the papers and drop the box off at the post office. The only thing you will need from teh post office is a customs envelope. The first 3 copies go in that and the lst one is yours to keep. If you do it online you avoid all those silly questions. Also going to canada size doesnt matter, just weight. I mean size only matters if it is a BIG package, like a seat tank combo. you have to be under 108 inches by measureing all the way around the smallest 2 sides (girth) added to the length.

Also, remember to have the seller include an invoice so that customs will know how much duty to charge. They won't process it otherwise. I use USPS like Rixster, UPS and FedEx brokerage fees often cost more than the parts you bought.

We ship via USPS to Canada; however, we can't ship compressed air across the boarder because it is considered hazardous material. So there is no shipping of Airbag canisters to Canada.

Legally, you can only ship certain DOT-approved hazardous materials through a courier such as FedEx or UPS; however, you have to be "hazardous materials shipping certified" to be able to do so and it's not legal to ship it across the border.
