I made one a few years ago for my old Timbersled using 5/8" threaded rod, 2x4's, a couple of eye bolts, a ratchet strap and 4 8" Harbor Freight wheels. Of course, that was just for the ski. I didn't bother with wheels for the track since it was easy enough to drag around the garage with just the ski dolly.

I made my own as well. Used 2" flat stock to make a "hook" and bolted one to each side of the spindle. Used 5/8" threaded stock run through 5/8" square tubing to make an axle. Welded a tie-down hook to each end. Two 12" wheels from Harbor Freight.

I use mine to unload from the truck and to move freely in the shop. It's not stable enough to ride on like some of the "factory" kits, but it only cost $30. All I really wanted was an easier way to pull the kit backwards when unloading, and it works perfectly for that.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Do you have any pictures? Thanks for the help

I thought I did and was going to attach them when I began my response, but apparently I don't. I'll get a few when I get home this evening and send them over.

I have very limited skill when working with metal, so this is very doable for everyone with a few basic tools.

Here are a few shots of what I made. Obviously it is not a TS spindle, but I believe the mounting would be similar. The "hooks" are larger than needed, but I used what material I had lying around. When pulling the bike out of the truck bed, I put a ratchet strap over the axle to keep everything tight. Very simple, but effective. And as I stated before, around $30 invested.

I made a 4 wheel dolly with Harbor Freight wheels. I made a square box out of some angle iron just bigger than the center carbide and it just drops into that. I usually strap it but it will stay put. I don't ride around on my wheels, worst case is across a parking lot or something. Works fine, steers as well as anything else. My buddy sold me his Yeti wheel kit and it looks sweet but in comparison is a royal pain to reinstall after use compared to my dolly.

Want to buy a Yeti wheel kit for a timbersled????
