Harts Pass Road Looks Terrifying

Do you guys really tow a trailer with sleds on the Harts Pass road to go sledding? The road looks terrifying even in dry months with a regular passenger car and no trailer:

nope. the road sucks. not a lot of room, few places to let other go by the opposite direction. hairy real hairy. and pothold tracktion chattered, facked. luckily,,, its 4 hours away for me, so wont be goin there again in the snow

When its riding season you dont have to drive the road, only spring riding. Ah, the roads not that bad. I have taken my enclosed up there around "dead horse" before.. That picture you posted doesnt even look like the road at harts... It looks way to smooth to be harts pass =)

I ride Harts many times a yr, great early riding most yrs, ( and then not bad later riding either ). If ya don't like drop off roads, where ya need to drive your truck, and pay attention, then I'd stay away. Sure hope this winter is another early Harts Pass start!!!!!!!

I don't see pot holes. It actually looks like a road to a riding area not far from me if there are trees in the fog. Wind blow and a long fast way to the bottom. Not many go up there. It's nice going riding every weekend and not seeing tracks.

OK, I'll call ya. I do normally hit Harts early, or just keep on the road to Revy. Hope ya had a good summer. See ya this winter
