Hard Starting - Screen Flash 2013 1100 Mountain Sno Pro Turbo

Need your advice. Just out of storage and when turn key to first position, display acts normal from what I remember with temp and oil light on after few seconds. When turning key to start, engine cranks but display goes dark and will not start. When repeating this procedure, machine will start after several cycles of cranking (5-10 sec) and I know it is about to start when dark display lights up, speedometer needles goes from zero to max and then the engine starts. Seems to idle normally after starting. No service icon on display.

Things I have done so far:

1. New battery, charged with volts greater than 13
2. Drained old gas, new gas added
3. Starter solenoid checked with ohms and amps
4. New spark plugs late last season
5. New turbo air filter

Have any of you experienced this hard starting with display going dark, flashing and then starting? What would you suggest checking or doing?

Items I am planning to check:

1. Replace fuel filter
2. Check fuel pump pressure
3. Check voltage regulator
