So instead of all the "I heard this" "he said she said" crap creating drama and panic on SW about our new $12K sleds, how about this:
If you have broken a shaft, could you please post your location (US/Canada/State) and built date of sled. That would be helpful information, I was just told by my dealer that the ones that are failing are very early production date/delivery sleds. (Just like the faulty arms were.) This may not help sell aluminum collars by the boatload, but maybe it will nail down some facts and help most of us breath easier. PLEASE just keep this thread for the following info without chitchat, there are already enough of those going on. Thanks.
