Happy Face/SnoWest Promotion

As a thank you to our fans on SnoWest, Happy Face Performance Products is offering SnoWest members a massive discount on our Pro Collars. Now that ’13 sleds are beyond their warranty now is it is even more critical to ensure your sled is not going to leave you in the cold. Our driveshaft reinforcement will not migrate (move on the shaft) nor will it allow the driveshaft splined-stub to move if the adhesive bond has been compromised... and is the only permanent solution to driveshaft failure. These drive shaft collars are designed for all models of Polaris QuickDrive sleds from 2013 to the current model year.

SnoWest member price $75 each. Regular price $129

Don’t forget to add a set of our QuickDrive Install Tools to assist with drive belt install and keep them in your tool bag for field repairs.

Pretty cool... over 50% off.

I've put these collars on a few 2013 and 2014 sleds... mostly turbos... "contains" the shaft and gets you off the mountain if anything breaks.

I think this collar is a good idea for turbos as well, regardless of year as you are doubling the intended HP... good peace of mind and move the factory collar to the other end of the shaft.

I also used one of these HF collars to get a sled out of the backcountry... shaft split/end came out with the factory collar installed... we banged the shaft and stub back together as best as possible... clamped this collar on the shaft and got it back to the trailer... would have needed a new shaft or a heli ride to get it out of where it was. To be fair... it looked like the factory collar was installed a bit too far away from the end.

We post our best promotions here on SnoWest, as you guys are the ones that spawn our innovations.

We do not currently have a promotion going on our alignment tools.

Thanks all for the support.

During conversations with industry leaders this year, they are telling us about pulling the drive shafts off high horse power sleds. After removal, it was found the drive shaft had failed. They also found the shaft stayed together due to the Happy Face Drive Shaft Collar. All parts were contained due to our collar design. We believe that the issue with drive shaft failures has improved however we are still seeing a few failures. Bottom line is the HF Collar is still cheep insurance.
