Hanging Revs

My 2002 700 with an SLP pipe has a hard time idling down after letting off the gas. It almost keeps the clutch engaged.

Am I lean on the low idle circuit?

Or is my primary clutch sometimes hanging up?

My plug readings are great so it's not lean on high speed.

Its common, you need to adjust the air/fuel screws or just flip the choke to bring it down.
