Handlebar risers

Proper torque....too tight or too loose is prone to coming loose or weakening the bolts. It the riser is rotating try cleaning the knurling....if the knurling gets worn down it might be time for a new riser, it will just get worse as it wears.

Seriously?

Ya it works

Not a fat rubber band or anything, just a regular skinny rubber band wrapped around a couple times. Gives some extra grip without becoming the entire surface area and making it spongy feeling

Wrapped a rubber band on my 9" risers for my mountain max after having issues with it and I never had issues again

Worked for me

I'll give it a try, thanks. :thumb:

What riser do you use? I had an RSI riser that would constantly rotate on landings or big impacts and it only had one bolt on each riser to clamp it. Nothing against RSI, I own lots of their products and they usually make a great product but I have been disappointed with their riser, so finally I bought Fly riser and it has 2 bolts on each side to clamp to the steering post, no problems since.
