Hand warmers Husky 450 FC?

Coolant heated bars the the ticket. I ran the ame electric grips and they are no where near as hot as my coolant heated bars.. I made my own set up

Two braided lines, fittings and a ball valve. Plugged an welded the ends also have an internal line to direct flow to ends of bars , seal up centre section of bars , they work awesome total about $120 in parts. Throttle side is little hotter than left grip area just like any inlet an outlet of any cooling system or heat exchanger.

Check out our website www.razemotorsports.com. Our patented liquid heated handlebars are the answer. Was riding the other night at -22 degrees F here in West Yellowstone and hands were warm in medium weight riding gloves. In fact I never even thought about my hands, which is awesome in that kind of cold. The key is our thermostat, we were running 160-175 degree engine temps In the cold. Warm coolant is the key.

If you simply run the coolant into the bars it will circulate in the center of the bar and your grips will be cold. The key is to get the warm fluid to circulate out to the ends of the handlebars.

Does the stock Husky 450 fc have enough juice to run hand warmers and a small 6 inch led light bar?
We have two 2017 450 builds, one with the AME grips with battery saving technology and one with Raze heated bars, needless to say we had to jump the bike with AME grips 4 times in one day, The Raze bars ROCK! no start issues and real radiant heat assuming you get your engine temps in a acceptable level. They work very well
