hand warmer!!!!

YOU CANT RE-USE THE STOCK HAND WARMERS..

you have to cut the grips off and peal off the wamers then replace BOTH warmers AND grips..

i would HIGHLY reccommend RSI grip heaters..they are very warm and work great..the pro taper bars do not transfer heat very well, so hi power heaters is the way to go..

also your controls will be very tight if you have an 05-06 chassis, so take your time mounting them..

i did this, so let me know if you need any more help..

Guido is right about the RSI heaters, but it is easy to take the stock heaters off. Use a heat gun or good hair dryer and heat the wamer untill the glue starts to release and slowly peel the warmer off.

Air hose will take any grips right off and put them on without cutting them. Just put the nozzle under the grip an it will blow right off. Use the same technique to put them on.

Heat gun will remove the hand warmers like super dave said if you want to re-use them but RSI's are awesome.

yeh i figured why bother with the stock heaters and try and get them to re-stick once they are off, so i just peel them and chuck them and get RSI heaters..

i have tried the air thing when installing grips and either i am stupid or missing something, cause it didnt work, lol...oh well..

Whatever! I got mine off and saved the old handwarmers. Easier/faster to just cut them off, but take the time and go easy on it and you can save both of them.

thank's people, but I got them off with out having to cut them or heating them up, and saved the warmer's. just needed some muscle and wd-40!! worked great.
