I would imagine the money invovled in spamming bulletin boards, is enough to hire some third-worlder full time.

The mods are doing a pretty good job of removing them. The mods have real jobs, and things to do.

never had these problems with fusetalk....you get what you pay for

Problems happen with fusetalk, vbulletin, snitz... even citadel has spam problems on occasion. Captchas are good for keeping the automated ones out, and I just burned my omelette.

If there's a person behind it, there's not a lot anyone can do aside from a moderator approving the registration before you can post. Catching them ASAP is really the best for the ones that get through.
