HaberVision Eliminator Question

I just pulled my Eliminator outa the box, ordered it on Habervision.com and I was expecting it to be a fan? as in providing air movement inside the goggle itself.. does this fan just exaust the warm moist air out of the goggle ? when I turn the fan on there is real no air to speak of comming from the module .. is this normal?

Normal.
I checked mine with a little cigarette smoke (not so much as to make it stinK!)
It does move the air out the top.
Turn it to Yellow (sensor setting) and "Haaa" on it (breathe!) and it will sense the moisture in your breath and turn on automatically.
Cool unit.
Battery door is kinda lame though.
I have a very small rubber band holding my door in solid because it doesn't look look it will stay put.

I thought the same thing on the battery door, but I have not had an issue yet.

I think they work great, they are just a little loud. Supposedly the next generation will be much quieter. The auto control works pretty good unless it is a day when you just have a lot of moisture. Then I run on the green setting.

If you have questions, PM Milehighassassin, he is a rep for HaberVision and can get you details and deals.

The Eliminator is designed to provide enough air flow to help keep the goggles fog free at low speeds or when stopped. The air intake is located on the lower left hand side and the humidity sensor is located on the right side. The exhaust is on the top of the unit. That being said the exhaust must be kept clear in order for the Eliminator to work properly. Make sure there is clearance between the exhaust of the Eliminator and your helmet. As well make sure it also stays clear of snow if you fill your helmet.

Always start with your Eliminator either set in auto (Switch on the yellow setting) or leave it on all of the time (Switch on the green setting) before you put your goggles on.

To reinstall the battery box case and we found that if you line up the top and get those 2 slots even with the top and slide it forward you can see a small plastic ledge that it slides on top of. It will click into place. Getting the case off does require a bit of work. Push down on the ridges and pull it back. It'll most likely take a few tries to get it right though.

If you have any further questions please ask away or send us a pm.

I've only had a chance to try mine out once as there is very little snow here. Goggles did not fog up even I stopped on the trail. At the show in Edmonton, the demo model I saw there was vibrating and noisy. The uint I received is very quiet(even when I used the on switch to check them out).
