Grooming status for this year hwy 108?

I was wondering if anyone has anyword on the status of the grooming contract for hwy 108 this season. I heard that the contract awarded last year was for one season only.

Waiting til January for an enviro study is bull #$%^. Why is this always the case for this district? Hwy 4, hwy 88, and Blue Lakes never seem to have problem getting started on-time.
