Anyone know if i can do an ohms reading to see if the elemnt is bad and if so, what the specs are?

I had same issue . Change out your Relays and see how it goes then . It's the one without a wire looping back in . Your Battery will not be charging either if you have e start .

Only one of mine isnt working but they are pretty new. Frome when i swapped handlebars
