Great teenager/beginner mountain sled project! 98 ZL 500

I was just getting started with this low-budget kids sled project when I decided it was too much sled for my young girls to ride. A great trail sled "as is", and corners like its on rails with the 121" track! It will go up to 85mph across a lake, so my plan was to install smaller 7 tooth drivers and a 141 x 2" camo challenger to gear it down and improve its powder abilities.

Here is what I have:

98 ZL 500 - liqiuid case reed twin, runs great but needs a little basic maintenance. Primary clutch needs a rebuild. Pins, weights, rollers, etc. are worn out, but nothing more than regular wear parts. I can feel a worn bearing in the chaincase or driveshaft, but everything still rolling fine. I was going to change all the bearings when doing the track swap. Sled is still ridable, but clutch won't return to idle position and stalls engine when you come to a stop.

Used 141x2" Camoplast Challenger track & new 7 tooth drive sprockets. Track has a few lugs missing, but still very usable used track.

I also have the aluminum 1/4 x 4" flatbar & .080" alum sheet to build the rail & tunnel extensions.
