Looks like the ride coming into Soda from Ant Canyon, or you could access it through 8 mile, but I could be wrong.

8-mile was better than I expected 1/18/14 but could still use a lot more. Most areas are definitely rideable and you can get through the trees without too much interference. The bowl has a huge fracture line across the top. Way too many tracks going up the hill all around it. The snow is still very light and unstable. I would imagine there is more than one layer to be worried about, so my advice is to stay off the hills and enjoy the treetrimmin. Went up a small draining and saw a good size crack occur as I was coming back out. Just not a good year to risk going up anything in that area. Another couple storms and the riding will be pretty good overall.
