Greasing jackshaft

Yes you can use any Grease you want!

But a Low temp Grease will work better!

I am taking it that the Manuel that came with the sled you never Read it??!!!

Read it!! It tells you all this info!

The jackshaft bearing on the PRO RMK is sealed and non-greaseable.

Here is a pic of the Jackshaft on a PRO... Is this what you are talking about, or another part?

If you are talking about the DRIVESHAFT... then here is the lube point...

Like Matt said... ONLY use a good grease that will not get thick at lower temps.

I was talking about just the shaft where the secondary mounts to. I pulled the secondary, and the shaft looked to be greased from the factory, no?

Any bearing grease or anti seize will work. Just put a dab on it and make sure it covers all of the splines and that's all you have to do. It makes the secondary much easier to get off for service. I had an older Cat in my shop this past winter that was so frozen on, I ended up having to cut the shaft off and then put the secondary in a 20 ton press to get it out of the secondary. The jackshaft bearing was shot so I had no choice.
