Grass drags in Union Gap - Yakima this weekend?

So I heard on the radio this morning that someone is planning to have grass drags on Saturday along with motocross races and go-kart races at Fullbright Park... Does anybody know anything about this?????????

I have some info., gates open at 9 AM, racing starts at 11AM.
Tickets $20. a carload, RVs $30., athletes $25. Bring your lawn chairs
Last time they did have concessions.
I hope to attend, may bring 2 sleds if time allows.
Glad their advertising.

Actually the grass drags are on Sunday, but they are letting us practice Saturday for $10, the carshow & the flat track is on saturday, they are going to have concessions & a beer garden as well. Yes the fee is $5 a head or $20 a carload

If you look at Whiplash Sports Facebook you can see pics & vids, it was an ok turn out this last time, had a few turbo sleds & big bore sleds. I will have 2-4 of my own at this next one with one of them being a turbo aswell, we would really like more sleds out there but if you got quads or dirt bikes bring them out & let's drag race, get the word out. DRAG RACING BACK IN YAKIMA AREA!!! But we need more racers to keep this going.

Yep, I posted the schedule in the racing section. September 22-23, October 13th is the last one & might have Parsons doing flips & tricks on his ramps, & maybe a guy on a bike too. The October race will be the last one with a big campout & party afterwards.
