I'm supposed to take my wife and parents for a ride on April 19th. I was wondering how the snow is in Granite and if there will be enough that weekend to ride.
The snow will likely hold out long enough but it might be worth a call to see if the pool will still be open. I'm not 100% certain but I think the Forest Service operates and staffs that end of it and that it does close for a period of time - spring and fall. Probably worth the phone call anyway just to be sure.
Someone else that would likely know more about it would be the dogsled outfit that operates from the right above the parking area. His # is : 800-554-7388. I'm sure they would know.
