GPS/Navigation/Satellite Radio all-in-one deck for 2005 Chevy truck?

I would like to find an all-in-one satellite radio / GPS navigation replacement deck that will work in a 2005 Chevy pickup that I can still use my steering controls with ..

Anybody have any ideas?

something like that could get spendy but i would say Alpine is going to have the best stuff, they will be able to retain the use of the steering wheel controls. another route might be Kenwood, they have nice stuff too(less expensive), let me know what you learn, thinking of doin the same.

Pioneer has some nice stuff, Pioneer AVIC-X910BT. You will need to buy wiring harness depending on what the truck came with originally and this (PAC SWI-PS Steering wheel control interface for Pioneer) will retain the factory steering wheel controls

I did the GM Lux Nav conversion on my 2003 so it wouldn't interfere with EFI Live. The aftermarket radios have way better features though.

Kenwood 7120 here with all the options. Absolutely love it. Just bought a Denali and I ordered another newer version of that unit to put in next week. Garmin GPS is integrated into the unit. Works flawlessly.
