Obama care will end up costing us all some riding opportunities if they have to foot the bill for injuries sustained in questionable activities.Ie: Football, sky diving, scuba, motorcycling, snowmobiling, .... you name it, if it doesn't fit their definition of fun it will be restricted or banned.... Read the writing on the wall boys, he's coming after POWER, and with that power what will he choose to oppose next? Don't forget the cost to the Gov't of finding lost Hikers, Bikers, snowmobilers, and you name any outdoor activity and they'll decide weather or not they approve.

Almost makes me wanna make a run for the border and move to Canada where folks snowmobile there arses off without having to worry about the Guv'Ment up in their personal healthcare Bizness!!
On top of that the guy is really setting us all up by signing the 2010 Interior Department and related agencies Appropriations Bill which gives funds to the Recreational Trails Program, according to the American Council of Snowmobile Associations
Thanks to that derned Obama this country is falling apart at the seams. Seriously.

Our outnumbered Republican reps did everything they could to try and stop that evil appropriations bill as they must have known it was a big time Obama setup to spend money on parks and rec trails which would in turn injure us and lead to the final banishment of snowmobiling in general!!

I bet you are going to start having to have supplimental insurance for doing "extreme" sports...
If you think about it though, snowmobiling puts us into a riskier category. Shouldn't the amount of money insurance charges be correlated to risk? I mean they charge smokers more, they charge the elderly more...

I don't see how this plan they are proposing is going to work. They are pushing through that states can opt out. If they do that then the rest of us will be stuck with a smaller insurance pool and it will cost more. How they think this will work is beyond me.
Last time I checked the fat guys at work were paying the same amount for medical insurance as I do.
Price to risk....that is funny, the gov passed the CARD Act which ristricts credit card companies from being able to do just that. IMO we could fix a lot of things wrong with this country by reducing and or eliminating the gov involvment. It seems the more the gov is involved the worse off it is. Health Care will only get worse if gov is involved in it
