government meadow cabin

High usage is taking its toll at the government cabin.
We made a run up last friday to clean it. The smell is getting worse and is in the smell from garbage piled on the floor looks like it penetrated into the floor.
Support is needed on this. We all know what could happen.
Bullet holes in walls ,carvings names.

Freaking idiots. I have never understood why it is so hard to pack your alcohol garbage back out - you packed it in!!
We have gotten on a few people when we've seen them doing it.

And defacing the walls - really? Pretty sad.

Looks like the sheriff found the vehicle my buddies were talking about.

Good on you guys for cleaning it up.

My grandfather helped build that cabin on the site of the old cabin. I haven't been there in a very long time, but I will be up there this month hopefully and I will bring a large trash bag. F this noise.

We had this problem in a fishing shack everyone used! We built a Cedar log panel about 4ft x 4 ft on the outside and let everyone carve on that. Seemed to work Good

It’s not a surprise. There are a lot of pieces of **** out there that don’t give a damn about shared resources. We spent a lot of time prepping and protecting that cabin last September during the Norse Peak fire. Chances are some dip****s will burn it down during the winter.
