Got no spark. Fresh rebuild any help diagnosing

I just put in a new set of cylinders, rings, gaskets, etc. I plugged everything back to where it was supposed to go (I labeled...) and I now have no spark.
I did check ohms on the stator, mag side coil, and pto side coil and all is in check. I think it might be my CPU. Any suggestions before I drop another few hundred bucks into this sad, but sexy money pit?

i wouldnt jump to any concluions and assume your ECU is bad unless you did something that could have fried it...(i.e welding on chassis, or some sort of shock)...however it could be the issue..

i would go back with a comb and look at it all...start with the simple things like these first..

--tether cord, if you have one, shorted out or not hooked up.
--kill switch shorted...ive seen guys plug the kill switch wires in the hand warmer plug on accident and it will cause no park ;)
--coil packs plugged in securely

i might have a stock ecu i could sell you if you are determined it being the issue, but i would save that for last/worst case IMO.

good luck....spend some more time going over it all...im sure its simpler then you might think..

You can unplug the kill switch and the ignition switch to isolate them. Did you have the mag off? If so, did you remember to tuck the wires behind the plastic darts? Do you have power going to the voltage reg and then on to the ecu? What was the purpose of the rebuild?

If it had spark before you pulled it apart and it doesn't now and unless like guido said you did something to kill the ECU then I would wager its something you did in the process. check all your grounds, check not only that all the connectors are plugged into the right place but make sure all the pins in the connectors are in all the way and that there is no corrosion. make sure no wires are pinched, kinked or broken. if all that is good then uplug your killswitches, one at a time so if it starts you can still shut it off. these are a common failure point. also be sure to lift the track sleds do weird things sometimes and you don't want or need a runaway sled.
