Got my sled back with new motor, looks like a fog screen going down the trail????

Got my sled back Sat. with the new motor in it from Ski Doo, thing runs like crap, won't get out of it's own way and it leaves a smoke screen like I'm spraying for bugs. Smells like Anti-Freeze to me, not like two stroke oil. When the engine blew it blew ant freeze everywhere. I'm sure the pipe and can are full of anti Freeze, but how long should it take to burn off. I ran it around for 20 to 25 minutes but it never got any better.

The motor is suppose to be new top to bottom, new short block and head from ski doo. I'm wondering if there is a possiblity that they wrinkled the head gasket to messed up the torc on the head and it is leaking into the cylinders.

that would be a possiblitly.. did you check to see if you were loosing very much antifreeze?

Although it doesnt smell like oil.. most people will mix a little oil in the gas tank for the virgin ride on new pistons.. so i'm guessing that is where some of the smoke is coming from..

They should have used a new gasket it when putting the top end together.. so who knows.. I would call them and have it checkd though
