Got a litle spark, but not enough to start!!

I`m about to give up my 06 900 RMK soon. The ****ty wires had burned and melted with some other wires, and that made the cylinder and piston on MAG to crack somehow.

Now i have rebuild the engine and fixed the wiring, and cant get it to start.
Have a litle spark when i pull like a maddah**. Lookes like it wont charge properly?

Have had computer on it and the ECU works but no fault-codes, fuelpump does also work when we "force" it. Checked the capacitor tonight and it works also.

Any suggestions?

Stator, regulator?

melted wiring wont cause the motor to crack!!

did yo find out why the wiring melted??

check your chassis ground for corrosion, maybe the coils are not getting grounded very well.

unplug all of your handle bar connections and try again and check spark, so you can tell if your grounding elsewhere...also unplug the tether cord if you have one of them

I figured since it was one of the brown cables from the fuelpump that it had messed up the mixture of fuel.

The shortage has happend in the conection to the pump.

I don`t have a tether cord, and i have disconected everything from the steering, and same result.
The chassie ground are perfect also.

When i pulled the flywheel the inner-ring was loose. I checked the stator but didn`t find any damage on it, so I just glued the ring back on. Maby this is the cause?
