A young girl goes to her father and asks, "Dad, what are politics?" The father says to his daughter, "Well, let me explain it this way to you... I'm the father and head of the house, so I'll be the President. Your mom will be the government, your nanny will represent the workforce, you, my dear can represent the people, and your little brother can represent the future. Think about who each of us represent and we'll talk about it more." The daughter says, "O.k. Dad, I will". In the middle of the night the young girl wakes up to her younger brother crying in his crib. She goes over to check on him and finds that he has messed his diaper, so she decides to go and get mom or dad to help. She cracks open the door to her parents bedroom to find that her mom is fast asleep and her dad isn't there. Rather than wake her mom, she decides to see if her nanny is up to see if she can help. Cracking open the door to her nanny's bedroom, she sees that her dad is laying in bed with her nanny. So, before either of them notice her she decides to take care of her brother herself and go back to bed. In the morning, she pulls her dad aside and says, "Dad, I've thought about we talked about regarding politics and I think I now understand". Surprised, her dad says, "O.k. honey, what are politics?" His daughter looks at him and says, "While the president is screwing the workforce, the government sleeps, the people get ignored, which leaves the future in deep sh##!!"
