Gorge Amphitheater

I am looking for some places to stay near the amphitheater for the DMB concert (Labor Day Weekend). I do not want to break the bank and I am not familiar with the area. Any input you have would be greatly appreciated. BTW - I think the Gorge camping is sold out.

This is right next door (relatively speaking). Good wine...very nice restaurant. A little spendy, BUT...ya get what ya pay for!!

Ellensburg's around 40 minutes away, there is a new Hampton that just opened. If you leave towards Ellensburg right after the show ends take the old road back. It's speed limit is only 50 but there's no traffic. There's KOA's in Vantage (around 15 minutes away) and also one in Ellensburg. A place called Getty's Cove (camping, lots of parties) is 4 miles from Vantage. Bring DEET.

There's a motel 6 in Moses Lake.
There are a lot of hotels there but for a cheap stay try Motel 6.

We are still up in the air.

We haven't seen them since 1998 when they were in Boise. Every time we have seen them it has been fifth row and I really miss the cool tunes - live. I have heard one song off of Whiskey and I am waiting for my CD. Dam Amazon!!
