Has anyone tried this new linear view out? It supposedly eliminates a lot of the fish eye effect. I have an older action cam that has such a fish eye effect that the steepness of the hills I'm side hilling look nearly flat. I'm curious if the new linear view helps make the mountains more accurate. I'm looking at either a GoPro Hero5 or Sony X3000 and this will help me make the decision.
