Gooseneck hitch question?

Want to put a gooseneck hitch on my pickup and want one that you can pull the lever and store the ball upside down for other cargo. Is there any major difference in maufactures/does anyone have a preferance? Valley, B&W, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Draw-Tite and Curt are the main ones I'm seeing. I was leaning towards B&W as their pin goes throgh the ball vs. a slot and some (all?) of the others have a ball that spins and B&W does not move. The ones that have balls that move (yes, I know what I typed :D) says it's less wear on the coupler, but B&W says less maintaince. Just wondering if I'm making too big of a deal about a hitch. Thanks in advance. :beer;

Sounds like my gut feeling was right. I'll get one ordered. Thanks for the help. Rep all around now that I'm over 100 posts. Yeeehaaw!

FYI, dont store the ball upside down if your gonna haul rocks,gravel or dirt or crap like that, it's a pain to get it out, just put it under the seat, and for sure B&W

Get a B & W turnover hitch, I have a trailer sales and install B&W's its the only one I will install, But as mentioned above don't leave your ball in the slot for a lengthy amount of time in the elements.
