Hey, I am not a texter so this might be old news.

But...

If a person sends a text message to GOOGLE numerically so 466453.

Then text in the name of a business you want to find they will text you back the address and phone number in 30 seconds or so.

So "Walmart Boise Idaho"

Pretty cool if you are looking for some place and don't have the number.

if you think thats cool, try texting Cha Cha. Ask it any question you want, they have employees that read your text, search the answer for it on the internet and reply back within a couple minutes. You can ask it ANYTHING:rolleyes: and its free!

Sounds all good, until your phone gets loaded up with spam text messages. Wonder why its free????? ^^^^

What no!!

i work for them, I encourage anyone to sign up and work for them, you get 10 cents for every text you answer, and they pay you with a debit card in the mail at the end of each month. Just a good way to make some extra cash when you have nothing else goin on. I usually sign on and answer for a half about an hour when i get home from work each night, then go out.

Cha Cha is a partner with google so its free and you recieve no spam, just another step in the google empire. While i sit here and talk on her, i am recieving questions from people like you texting, i search it on google and reply with the answer!

I knew about google but I didn't know about Cha Cha. Good info.

You can also get directions if you text your starting address and the address of where you want to go to Google.

Thats really cool!! Im gonna look into that. I'll prob. get addicted to making 10 cents all the time. lol. how much do you make for that hour?

they limit you to how many you can get. its no huge money, but its somethin to do. And texting it is free, just don't go over your allowed number of texts provided by your service plan with your phone carrier.

HAHA!! I guess I better stick to what I do best..

I went throught the whole signup process and here is what it said. Guess Im not cut out for a 10 cent job after all. haha..
