I will be going out to Casper over the xmas holiday with the GF so she can see her family. Its a week long trip and I think the appropriate ammount of time for me to be there is about 2 days. With that being said where are the good riding spots close to casper? I have never been out there so I'm in the dark. i know the snowies and Togwotee are not too far away but curious of the mountains south of casper offer good riding? Thanks in advance!

Rocks, tree stumps, angry land owners. I would look at the snowies or big horns quick trip way better riding.
youll have the same problems at big horns would say saratoge or dubois casper mountain can be fun but you would be lucky to catch one of the maybe 20 days of the year thats decent
snowies would be closest then the bighorns or take a 4 hour drive to togwotee and get the hopefully deep snow

Casper mnt. can be fun here and there. Depends on if we get fresh snow. Go visit the boys at Karst motorsports and let them know what kind of riding you like to do and the skill level you are and they can get you hooked up with some names and numbers. and pray for some snow
Thanks for the info! I usually ride down by Kremmling Co so I'm not too familiar with Wy yet. Picking up the xp rs mod this weekend so looking for fun natural kickers! Im thinkin about heading to the snowies, or tog if the snow there is real good.
