LOL My son come running in @ 9 am and rips open my blinds "DAD IT IS SNOWING WAKE UP AND LETS GO SNOMOBILING" so I said shut the blinds. in return he told me to shut up and get dressed. Not joking thats what he told me my four year old told me to shut up and get dressed. LMAO

At 11 pm last night I drove my fat AZZ to wendy's for a crispy chicken. It was 41 and you know RRRR... I was pissed. I walked in the house swearing and my wife laughed she new it was raining.

We had a foot new at the mouth of Daniels but it was wet and heavy. I almost thought it was April except the Christmas tree was a dead giveaway.

Rain in the valley isn't such a bad thing, only rain in the mountains is bad. It means the snow that is falling in the mountains is nice and heavy. That should make for a great base! Cover up all those dang rocks and stumps.

We need 4' of the heavy wet stuff for a good base. Then we need all the light fluffy powder we can get for the rest of the winter.

avalanche conditions will probably be bad with this light powder we got in the few first storms now with the wet heavy stuff we need to be extra cautious

I went for a road ride up to Willard basin. enough snow for a road ride but not to leave the trail yet... It was fun to get the sled out though.
