Just wanted to leave a positive note about a recent situation in the Dubois Wyoming area. I ended up needing a rear shock for one of my sleds during a trip between Christmas and New Years. I found one at Crooked Creek and sent my wife and niece to get it while we rode. Well, when they got back it turned out to be quite a bit more than expected - but seeing as we needed it for everyone to ride I kept it and installed it and all was well.
When I got home I did some checking and found out that indeed we had been charged quite a bit over list. Now I am not one to complain about prices being a bit high when you are a long way from home and in need, yet this was quite a difference. I called back to Crooked Creek and explained what I had found and the gentleman there was very understanding. He checked into things for me and got back to me with a refund that I was very happy with.
I say two thumbs up for a class act there at Crooked Creek!! They definitely did right by me.
