Good and Bad about 03 REV 800

I am looking at a 03 MXZ REV 800, I would like to know the good and bads about it before I go look at it. I am supposed to meet up with the guy on Friday.

Make sure it is straight, the front end on those things (the nun) is weak. Look at the skis and make sure they are even and one isn't pushed back. Happens all the time and if you get a REV you will hear a lot about that.

Not on an MXZ, they come with all the factory reinforcements. I hit a concrete chunk under the snow and all I did is bend the a-arm and it was a good shot, threw me over the bars. The only problem I've had was the pistons, broken skirt and destroyed the cases. How many miles on the sled? A simple top-end with new pistons and dual rings like SPI's will fix it right up. Also clean the raves once a year and change the chain case oil and keep it adjusted properly and that is a great machine!

I just bought same year of rev with 1200 miles on it two weeks ago runs great love it just check that everything is straight you will like it
