what a joke to not pay contactors then only offer 60 cents on the dollar .In times like this thats the last thing a small town maw and paw operation need . i know i helped repo some materials from the hill this winter but didnt know how wide spead throught out the project this has become . Hope no one else gets burned by these bullies before its too late
