Has anyone ridden over the hurley from pemberton to goldbridge. Is there any snow there? What about lone goat or slim creek.

The few reports I have been getting is not very encouraging.

any feedback would be appreciated.

I think there is still snow on the hurley but the alpine was thin two weeks ago. Need to watch out for rocks and stumps.

No new snow so I think you should consider your other options.

Just looking for some input on riding out Vancouver way as I am looking at relocating from Invermere to Abbotsford. Where are most guys riding Meritt or Pemberton? Any help is appreciated as I would hate to go into sleding withdrawals.

interesting handle marko, you must be originally from the land of the cold , the flat and square wheels.

From Abbottsford, you have lots of choices, 1 to 3 hours either way, to the interior or the coast, depending on what happens with the weather.Princeton , merrit, kamloops, the coquihalla, revelstoke, squamish, whistler, pemberton, and more.

this year was weird and actually not that much snow.

Lots of places to go, depnds and elevation and temp.

What he said! One of the best hubs,to go in many directions. Not like ridding from the back door, but never get bored cause of the options!!:D

Should be enough snow now to ride to Gold Bridge, road was bare/dry about 3 weeks ago.
Mineshaft Pub & Grill and Mines Motel in Bralorne 250-238-0150 they have gas and could tell you more on the conditions.

Is there anyone renting sleds on the Goldbridge/Bralorne side of the Hurley? Myself and a couple of friends are heading up 3,4,5 of April to have a look as some properties. My buddies are hoping they can rent for a half or whole day Saturday or Sunday. Also whats the best place to stay? Ideally wife/gf friendly as they are coming along as well... Is Noel (sp?) Creek the most beginner friendly area to ride? RGM I'd be interested in renting from you but I understand you operate out of the Pemberton meadows side of the Hurley...

Noel is one of the easiest to get into. I don't think anyone rents sleds over there but check with the Pub. It will probably be dirt in town now. Unloading at the pemby side is at 9K and you could drive higher with a truck only.
