Got to ride gold creek sun.Wow is it deep for the end of march..It was socked in at the tower so we rode the lower areas all day in the trees and had a great time.

Took a first time rider with us on a new phazer and had alot of fun watching her learn to ride in the deep with the phazer..Although I am sore today from all the digging out we had to do..hahaha:p I think we have another addicted sled chick on our hands, she was asking on the way home when we could go again..

Thank's Curt for hauling the sleds up there.

oh, man. This pictures are making me sick. I went cross country skiing on Sunday with the sis....:( I thought I was going to puke coming up the pass and seeing all the fresh snow and realizing I wasn't going to play in it. My thumb kept on squeezing the ski pole like there was a throttle and I found myself making snowmobile noises... braaaapp, or rather brouuup.

The things we do to make family happy.

Nice pics, btw.

Ruffryder?? Crosscountry skiing???

I would have died if I had to do that!! Snow like this is rare in washington and should not be wasted...lol!!

You're killing me... manned up though, I'll give you that. Not many would admit hitting skinny ski's with pow like we have....

What one will do for family... wow. Kinda pathetic. In a loving way I guess..:p

Nice pics AA.... I see the tree magnet is well embedded in the new Phaser!! Nice plant.

Sunday was soo sick. Can't believe it was March. I love it when snow goes down the neck of my jacket.

cool pics, we were the first to drop down the climb by baker lake at noon and rode in the pow all day, burned a whole tank of gas by 12:30

Soooo Deep!

First trip up there on Sunday, We couldn't believe just how deep and fluffy it was, an eye opening experience for sure. The weather kinda stunk, but the snow was awesome, I have never had snow actually come up and cover my whole body like that before, almost riding blind at times from all the snow kicking up:D Felt like I was in one of those sledding movies going through all the deep pow:cool: I'll post a few pictures of our ride tomorrow.

Good to see so many fellow SnoWester's up there, never ran into anyone from Snowest on any ride before, and I got recognized by 3 different people in 3 different groups! it was neat!

Definitely worth the trip again on a better weather day, that's for sure.

Oneshotcrew: It was nice to meet fellow north Seattle sledders up there. That untracked play area we were in was sweet. Thanks for helping get my wife unstuck from her tree incident!

Wow what great weekend, I took my kids riding Saturday and came back Sunday to get my fill of the fresh snow. I ran into 94fordguy and a few others down near in the Sipie hole on Sunday. I still can't get over the amount of new snow there was and how much of it that WAS untouched.:D Both Me and my sled made it back to the truck on fumes, I am so sore right now it hurts to laugh.

tower shot for arteeestic flavor

short break time with the ridge in the background that just got slayed by tomMTX on his board 3 or 4 runs.. open face, no tracks, high speed turns on the board.. sled assisted runs are way better than riding lifts and dealing with the ski crowd, bubbas are way nicer ;)

Here's a few from our bit...

Didn't get too many spectacular shots in, we were too busy riding:D But here's what we did get:cool:

Deep powder right off the bat, and this was nothing compared to how much I was covered that day:D

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh you know... this is where the transformation begins. ;) First buy sled, then leave board at home for JUST THIS TIME, then next thing ya know you haven't touched your board in 6 years! ;)

And it isn't called "sled assisted shredding". It is called pow bustin' or carvin' or SHREDDIN' or my fave chit hookin'. ;) lol

Welcome to the addiction. ;)
