Gold Creek Sunday

Went up to gold creek this morning...good spring snow! Hills on the back side just left of the towers(Baker lake) very soft and snow was sluffing.
1/4 mile before the snowpark coming across the concrete bridge my sled veered into the front of the bridge abutment and stopped..I didn't though..went right over the handlebars. Bent the lower A-frame. Nice way to end the season!

Isn't that the way it always goes?
All my damage is usually the first ride....Trying to get out on the hill before there is enough snow?

And the last ride of the season......Running out of snow, trying to get that one, last, good ride in.

Good thing you didn't get hurt.
