earlier better for sure---upper parking lot is closed off--Gravel pit is the last lot going up and the one lot lower--no where to park off the side of the road either. Good luck with parking unless they open the upper lot--but do not count on it--the road is plowed wide enough for 1 vehicle--needs to be blown--the plow can not get the road wide enough--snow is deep up there.
