Either...both access the same area. Plenty of off trail, no HUGE hills, but plenty of trees and smaller hills.
Gold Creek side
If you poke around back a bit you can find some steep narrow chutes to either climb or drop in. There are a few big bowls just under the microwave tower. Good place to ride with out all the crowds that you tend to get at Crystal Springs Sp.

Watch out for trees... We had more snow in the bowls on May 16th last year than we have today. May 16th this year we'll have no snow in the same area.
