The snow was deep, wet and really tough to ride. We worked out way into Mt Margaret area and I mean worked. We basically had to give up after 10 tough miles. The crust layer that is 3 feet down won't support a snowmobile when you get to it and there is fluff under that. Few days of warm weather and we should be able to get around again. Raining up to about 4000' or so too. One of those days that was so miserable it was fun.

David went the day before.....40 mph run at the fresh and go about 20 feet before you auger in. lol.....glad I stayed at the shop and worked on those Polari. 
We rode last night there as well. What a stuck fest for the short trackers.

I hope it's firmed up a bit. Man if there was a slide with that heavy snow you would be ripped apart. The snow pack is pretty stable right now but it's so heavy if it went it might go huge.
