First an introduction. I'm 53, lifelong skier and biker, and a beginner at sledding.
Bought a used, low miles 2006 m7 that I have 2 rides on, and of course having a ball going through all the usual suspension and setup adjustments. Having some experience in the backcountry, I have a beacon, probe, the usuals, but not expecting to get to far offtrail (probably not at all if I'm going alone).
That said, I think I will be going to greenwater on mon. or tues. I have been there once with a group of guys experienced with the area who took me on an awsome ride, but most of the time I had no idea where the hell I was.
Soooo, I am going back with the plan to try to retrace, explore, and just generally get a better feel for the place. anyone game, give me a shout!
