Going to buy an 1100T... Some questions first

Background... Ive ridden Yamaha my entire sledding career. Im currently on a well outfitted turbo nytro (previously on an apex) and am looking for a new(er) sled. Im a cheap azz, and I see no reason to spend 15k+ to end up with a 190hp Viper. (save the weight talk I dont care) So Im going to buy an 1100.

My questions.

I will be buying a NEW 2013 limited or a NEW 2013 HCR

From ACs website it appears that the 13HCR is nearly everything that the 2014s and 2015s are. Outside of the clock and altimeter, what changes were made from 13-14-15 that are more than BNGs that warrant an additional 5k for the latest model?

I know some of the 12s had clutch issues. Was that fixed for 13?

Anything on the "must do list" once Ive got it? I read skis.... Anything else?
It will probably get ridden stock (with a replacement muffler) for the remainder of this year, then get the EVO 220 and associated bolt ons for next year. Any other recommendations?

What Im wanting is a better handling, easier riding sled, but I cant get over how slow the 2 strokes are. I dont need a rocketship as Ill ride my Ill ride the nytro if I need big HP. Seems that the 11T fits the need?

Sorry for the didn't mean to but the belt issue wasn't fixed in 13. I would say either ride it a bit and see if you blow belts or just buy the osp tool.

would be much safer if u bought the 2015 turbo

still some issues with the 14 nevermind 13

in the long run may cost you much more to buy the 13 then a new 15

its a crapshoot

imo before you bought it i would have them check the alignment in front of you before you buy. its a crapshoot either way but if the alignments in less problems ahead i would think. i bought a 14 and im eatin belts every 100 miles. cant really say the 15s will be any better

If you think a new sled will save you money then you are delusional :/

Get a used one, but check for evidence of belt blowing. There are a ton of 2012s and 2013s that don't blow belts. (Honestly the M1100Ts were geared far better than the F and XF 1100Ts and are much less likely to blow belts, especially with tall lug tracks that don't hook up as well).

You will love the sled, especially coming off the Nytro chasis with its screwy *** geometry.

We have a new 2014 Limited 162 orange and black for $11899... The 14 would be a better route to go IMO

stage 3 and clearance the stock primary buttons shim the spider , hyvo chain and gears and ride it like you stole it.

How many dollars to do these fixes to the old stock sleds?
